ABOUT ME

My name is Kelsey Crouch. I am the owner of She Stays Safe and Valor Defense Academy, a firearms training facility. I have been a firearms instructor for several years. I have worked with Law Enforcement officers, security officers, and a ton of military. I have also worked with hundreds of brand new shooters. But my ABSOLUTE passion, is helping women find ways to be safe in their every day life that doesn’t require a ton of training or effort. Firearms and martial arts are definitely not for everyone, so what about the other 90% of women? That’s who these seminars are going to help.

I promise to help your women find realistic, achievable ways to stay safe in this crazy world.
